The wife was away last week visiting family, and I rounded up the ingredients to make some ghoulash. (Been wanting to do it for years, as when I last visited Washington DC we went past a restaurant that made ghoulash but they were closed). The misses isn't as adventurous with food as I am, so, I figured I'd make it while she was away.
I followed this recipe. Turned out really well. Tender and tasty, lots of garlic. I picked this particular recipe as it called for cubed stew meat rather than ground beef and macaroni.
If you guys have a good ghoulash recipe - or have Hungarian roots! - post up.
