Finally: how to use a Lamy Safari as an Eyedropper filled FP

I love my Lamy Safary, but the limited ink supply in either the cartridge or the converter was not up to what I like - my other pens are Pelikans and they hold a lot of ink. So, after some long thinking, I finally have found a way to use this pen as an eyedropper fountain pen: lots of ink can be filled in!!

It is not totally perfect, yet, but I work on it.

A warning, though: do not use Baystate Blue!!!

Seriously, there was someone who filled in the "ink window" and barrel hole with epoxy to use it as an eyedropper. I don't remember where I saw it.

Step 1) Coat Barrel with silicone grease.
Step 2) Cover Barrel with duct tape.

I wonder what would happen if you pulled the little tube out of a bic and eyedropperd it,.... hmm my hero isnt dying as fast as i thought, maybe i should try it, or i could nab one of them disposable FP bic makes and try it out. Its not a good thing when im bored lol
