Few questions

i have been traditional shaving but i currently use a Gillette cream can im trying to go with a proraso cream and am wondering if this is a shaving cream or a pre shaving cream? im not sure. anything else i should know? can i use this product as a shaving cream to shave with or do i need to buy something else as well to shave with?

it is a Post Shaving Cream and after shave you still would need a shaving cream or soap

That's a prshave cream to help prepare the skin for shaving.
You should be looking in the SHAVING CREAM or SHAVING SOAP sections on West Coast's website.

Check out the Proraso soaps in the green or white plastic tubs.. Or the green tube of cream; They are the ones you are after !

The Proraso Pre/post is not essential but it does work. I liked it when I had it. I found that regular soap in the shower does the trick in my case. It's a good product and I would recommend it in your pre-shave routine.

Some use it post-shave.

The Proraso shaving cream is a great shaving cream to build lather.
