Feiyu Blades

Does anyone out there in B&B land know anything about these blades?

Brand: Feiyu
Wax wrapper: Blue print of stylized fish and "Feiyu"
Blade: Numbered edges, marked Feiyu, stylized fish and "SHANGHAI CHINA"



I think they came with an animal grooming comb, but I can't find out anything about them. A little voice in my head is saying "a blade is a blade! "

Wouldn't hurt to try but from the German thread, sounds like they shave like Gillette Chinese Super Blues I tried about a year ago. Crazy thin and so dull! Worst blade I've ever used... EVER!

As a matter of personal choice I only buy chinese when there isn't an alternative being manufactured. If it costed the same as a western/russian/japanese brand and had the same quality I still wouldn't buy. It's my personal choice, they created an industrial unbalance in the world, this is my way to fight back.

There are a couple of large blade factories in China that will sell you their blades and wrap them in packaging with your logo on it at less than a penny a blade in bulk. I hear they are the worst blades in the world.
