A pre-shave shower happened.
And my Yaqi whipped my Stirling inside my Captain's Choice into a slick lather in seconds not minutes.
My 1959 Gillette Fatboy loaded with the final Rapira Blade and they slid through my face and neck hair easily, WTG, ATG and AXTG.
Omega Alum and Stirling Aftershave Balm finished off today's shave ending with my gear giving a 10/10 for the 4th February GRUME shave

Opened the Slim up to 8 and shaved at a steep angle. Added some extra ATG touchup on a couple trouble spots and got a real smooth shave. I just need to be able to get that evenly across my whole face! Some more irritation overall but it didn't last long.

I’m out. I apologize to everyone who is taking this more seriously than I am and staying strong. I feel my heart hasn’t been in it this year. I’m going to take the rest of this month and probably next month off and see if I can differentiate between wants and needs a little bit better.

I bought two pre war techs and a post war tech from BST yesterday. Then I ordered a Lupo 58 top cap and bottom plate.

I will most likely send the better of the two pre war tech and the post war tech to BRG for plating in March.

Back to the 1.05mm baseplate. As a 365er, I don't really need it — the .84 does a good enough job. It's fun to use, though! Another easy near-BBS.

First use with the brain bowl (Fougere). I must say that I’m very impressed. I loaded my brush right from the bowl but, I loaded way too much. I have to remember that this soap is unlike any of my other soaps. I think I’ll be using it for a while. The scent is very pleasant. Wonderful shave today.
