In Montreal, NYC on Tuesday, five weeks on the road. I've tried a lot of blades from Rapiras to Voskhods and my favorites Gillette Yellows and Personna Blue Labs. Lazing of a Saturday eve, i loaded a Feather in my ikon OC and had a damned good shave, a really good shave. Maybe the best shave I've ever had. Now I bled a little with this darned sharp blade...but I'm going to shave a lot more with Feathers...wow this was a super shave! Perhaps my technique continues to improve. I wish I had brought more with me.

Just ordered 100. I think I've got about 30 yellows and 15 blacks back at the bunkhouse. See ya later this month.

Gonna go on a Feather-thon. Although I did bleed some.
I've tried a Feather long ago, when I was ordering sample packs, and haven't used it since. Now I have a Feather blade sitting near my razor among others but I'm putting off using it. I'm somewhat afraid.

Ar...it's a great blade. most negatives it's not good for a lot of shaves. I only usually go two to three anyway. Any worries about sharpness, hey you have plenty of experience. Go for it my friend. 
They are nothing to be afraid of. Just stick it in your razor and give it a whirl. I bet you get a nice shave off it now because your technique has improved.

Feathers are just awesome! I disliked them at first but came back to them several months later and marked them as a blade for me.
I've got them mastered I'm pretty sure. No blood loss from them in a long time.

I just had my second shave with the Feather and it was terrific. As stated, when I get home to my Feather stash (Or if I make it to Pasteurs) I am going on a Feather binge.
Just had my first shave with a Feather last night and I completely agree with you Pierce. Like you, I had a few weepers but WOW, what close, smooth shave! I don't think I would have enjoyed them as much or experienced as good a result if I had tried them before getting comfortable with a DE and improving my technique.
I've got a pack of 10 to go through before I fully commit but I'm very impressed so far.

Chuck, there's about ten blades I really like. I will always have 7O'C Yellows and Personna Blues in my rotation, but, like da Fat, every time I go back to the Feather, I wonder why I ever left.
Feathers are a weird blade for me. I like them, I do. They just don't seem to stay as sharp for me as other blades. NOw, I'm not saying they aren't sharp, i'm just saying they don't seem to retain their edge as long as say a Personna Lab. I'm not saying they won't be in my rotation, they just won't be in it as much. Maybe for a day when I have to look really nice. For a day to day shave, I'll probably end up using a Personna Lab, an Astra SP, or a Voshkod. There might be a few others, but those are my top 3 choices atm. I like GSB as well, but they are a Feather like item themselves, something i'll use on special days.

I was very happy with my three shaves and I never use a blade for more than 3 complete shaves. So the Feather goes to the top of my rotation.
