Feather AS-D1 handle on ATT head?

Is the Feather AS-D1 handle compatible with ATT base plate/caps?

The standard and metric thread pitches used on modern 3 piece razors are close enough that they are interchangeable. The older Gillettes (eg - Tech) are not, however.

Perfect fit.
