What's new

Favorite Summer Fragrance

These four are my evergreens for almost 4 decades:

- Chanel Pour Monsieur EdT (Best natural citrus ever.) [Not mentioned so far.]
- Chanel Pour Monsieur EdP and the EdT Concentrée before the EdP. (Also all year, but not when burning hot) [Not mentioned so far.]
- Dior Eau Sauvage EdT
- Armani Eau Pour Homme [Not mentioned so far.]

Three further eternal favorites of mine for many years now:

- Dior Eau Sauvage EdP (Also great on really hot evenings, just divine.)
- Acqua di Parma Colonia Intensa (Absolute masterpiece from Alberto Morillas & Francois Demachy)
- Hermes Concentré d'Orange Verte (Simply wonderful!)

In addition I appreciate:

- Aramis Tuscany per Uomo [Not mentioned so far.]
- Hermes Terre d’Hermes
- Guerlain Homme L'Eau Boisée
- Guerlain Vetiver

Summer is waning, but I added one last "blue" to the summer rotation: Montblanc Explorer Ultra Blue.

I've seen reviews that call it generic. I don't get it. I think it stands out from any of the other summer blues I own. A strong marine aquatic, in the same vein as the Bvlgari Aqua line, yet with its own spin on the genre. I can understand someone not liking it, perhaps finding some of the notes not to their liking...but generic? No.
