It's like asking which is your favourite kid... 
I didn't get my straights back from Oz yet so I have a bunch of them that will be coming in freshly honed that I didn't try...
But for now...

Limiting us to 1-3 razors implies we are going down to the warm place; no heaven I care to envision imposes such draconian restrictions. I for one, intend to go to a place that is cool and breezy, one where straight shavers can bring all the blades their heart's desire.
Dude...not fair man. That's like asking me to choose which arm is my favorite arm (left or right)? Can't do it, just can't do it. They all have their own personalities and little quirks that make them unique.
If I HAD to choose between my straight before I had to let into the next life, I would just choose to live in purgatory for eternity with ALL my straights

You're not kidding. I can't even narrow it down to my old razors or my new ones.
I realized I posted a pic of these earlier, so in the interest of consistency I'll keep these three. (For now.)

I'll just narrow it down to my top Sunday razor before 7am; Filarmonica #13, then it just varies by the hour.
