Pre-shave: Musgo Glyce Lime soap
Blade: Nacet (6th use)
Brush: Omega Professional Boar Brush
Soap: Palmolive Shave Stick
Aftershave: Witch Hazel, Cremo Balm and Aqua Velva Musk

The shave: This was my sixth shave with a slant razor. While the shave was smooth, I have yet to find the sweet spot.

I plan on using this daily until I get it dialed in.

I also have a Fatip Piccolo on order.

A fine shave, today!

The vintage Polsilver Stainless was very smooth. The ATG pass was particularly comfortable and trouble-free. Looking forward to many more shaves with this blade/razor combination.

Awesome soap/cream! Pleasant scent, creamy and slick lather! Couldn't ask for more...
Excellent shave with the razor and blade combination. So smooth so comfortable and efficient in 3passes for a mostly bbs result. Razor is good, blade is even better! Aftershaves were great too...

Open comb redemption! Finally got my special edition Fatip and used the open comb and unlike my older nickel grande (early mk2 before the retooling?) It shaves much much better!

Excellent performances from all aspects of today's shave.

The FOCS/Polsilver Stainless duo is still providing smooth and comfortable shaves. All three of my usual passes were quick and effortless again. No tugging, roughness, or post-shave irritation.

It'll be interesting to see how long the Polsilver Stainless blade will last. As long as it continues to be trouble-free, then I'll keep using it.

Meanwhile, the little Maggard 18mm Timber Wolf is still one of my favourites. Not only does it generate lather like crazy, but it feels great on the skin.

FaTip Piccolo, Lord Platinum, Yaqi 24mm Silvertip, and Van Yulay Puros La Habana. I always enjoy FaTip Fridays. Another great shave. The lather from this soap isn’t the greatest but certainly not bad. The scent is a great alternative to the more common pipe-scented tobacco soaps. I like the way the Lord performs in this razor. Normally I don't shave on Friday, so the Fatip Open Comb Slant gets its time on stage every other Saturday. A marvelous razor it is with any blade I've tried. However, the Personna Lab Blue seems to stand above the others.
