fatip / cadet oc's are the heads the same?

simple as the title says i have read some claim they are and some say no, i like the handles better on the cadet models though so i would go that way if they were the same. if not how different are they?

also if you had to pick a cadet handle for the oc head which would you pick shave a buck has a ton of different ones.... makes the chioce even harder now..
