Happy Father‘s Day to you all. Today I remembered old Dad with a Rudy Vey custom brush fit with Pop’s U.S. Army Air Corps. (WW II-Asian Theater) collar insignia. Along for the ride was a T-I 6/8 with desert ironwood scales.
Hoping today everyone has the same fond memories of their father as do I.

Great photos and memories thanks for sharing.
Most of our first memories of the shaving ritual is watching our dads do it.
They used different equipment back then, straight razors or DE razors, cartridges weren’t a thing.
So that’s a real nice thing about traditional shaving, it puts us right back in the bathroom as kids looking up at our dads scraping away concentrating.
Now things have come full circle and it’s us in the misty mirror.
