Fatboy setting at 5

I shaved this morning with a newly replated Fatboy.
I got one of the best shave I could imagine .
The setting was at 5.
What other razor would be +\- equivalent with this setting?

i find my super speeds do about the same.i think the new w/a bar handle is like the fat boy on 9

Nothing quite like the 3F - Fatboy/Feather/Five. My SS Red Tip with a Feather feels very similar, but not quite as smooth on the mustache area.

Super adjustable opened all the way up (to 9)
Futur set at the lowest setting (1)
Progress set most of the way open (7)
Vision set to the mid range (that silly diamond)

I gotta dig my fat boy out again. I have been ignoring my older Gillette razors lately. Time to bring a few back into the shave den.

I think a 5 on a Fat Boy is about the same as a Red Tip Super Speed.

I enjoy the FatBoy from time to time. What exposure do you measure with your FatBoy set on 5?
If your razor was disassembled during the re-platers process, your setting of 5 could be nonstandard.

Thanks to all of you for your answers...Copierguy you are absolutely right ...it was disassembled.
The fact is that lately I used some modern razors but was really surprised with the shave I got with my Fatboy...smooth and effective!
