Usually someone finds a razor and goes to an auction site and finds a listing for a price . If there are more than one, they base their price on the highest of the same item they want to sell. Where they should be looking for an accurate guide is for completed auctions, although they might not like the prices they find.

Most likely a European sale hence the comma is a decimal point.
