Facial Hair Shaping

What type of razor gives you the best control over how you shape your facial hair?

I've only tried DE razors so far, but I think my Tech has been doing a pretty fine job.

I'm no Seneca Crane. I've worn a lot of facial hair styles, and currently just have to shape my cheek and neck lines a bit.
