Eye cream (fix for dark circles)

I was wondering if there was an eye cream recommended by the group?

I am a fairly young guy (early 30s) and have dark circles as well as some bubbling under the eyes. i'd really like to help that diminish.

is there anything you guys have used with good results? Lab Series? Perricone? Nivea? etc etc?
