Eye candy

Engels restored in candy stripe celluloid.
Phil from Masecraft sent me this as sampler when I got my order this week, so I thought it will be fun to use on a decent blade.
The razor was buffed to high mirror with some imperfections left closer to the spine which could not buff out.
Hope you guys like it.

Fantastic job! I love the understated pins. I've always felt that gaudy pins are like wearing a loud dress shirt with a tie. The tie should stand out - not the shirt. Similarly, the scales should stand out - not the pins. That's also a great blade. FW Engels don't get a lot of pub but they're in my rotation. :thumbup1:

Did you line the inside of the scales?

Telly thanks for the nice words.
No I did not line the inside its how the celluloid comes, the purpose to make the scales opaque. For transparent effect a nice sanding trough the grits will do.

man ! this is a beauty ! I wish I had known about this material before I sent my brush to you ! this beats the material I picked by a mile...what a standout....
