What's new

Everready 100 reknot

Here is a 100 that I removed the old knot, sanded, and then left sit for 5-6 months. I swapped a Semogue boar knot into it and it'll get it's 1st test run tonight.

Great job, looks nice and weighted! Always makes me happy to save a beauty. I'm working on some Ever Ready, Erskine, Made Rite and a Hardright. :001_cool:

Thanks all, I love these knots for face lathering, they just suffer in the style dept. Here is a 100T I did awhile back.

Looks great! I recently restored an ER 1000 with a 2-band finest knot. It's great to make something that old new again. Congratulations. :a14:

I may not be searching enough....but where does one find a Semogue knot to do this? Or do you just buy one brush whole and make it sacrificial ?
