I'm with Chris. I give you a thumbs up for ingenuity and craftsmanship, but I'm with the camp that does not see brush stands as necessary in the first place, let alone one for "emergency" use.
I should have put a smiley next to "emergency!" I just twisted that up and thought it was funny. I'm aware of the different schools of thought on brush storage - I also think that it is funny that Tweezerman instructions say "do not dry in upright position" but then they do stamp their name so that it is only readable when upright.
