I just finished a new Fire and Ice brush. This is a 26mm brush, shown with a Manchurian White knot. It has just been listed and is available at http://www.eliterazor.com.
It was great fun visiting your shop a few years back.
I use your feather, barber pole and harlequin handles in preference to the many stainless steel handles that I have. When the hot water contacts the resin or varnish, it gives a very useful tackiness to the handle. They are also works of art.
I have recently begun carrying a wider assortment of knots. In addition to my Premium knots, I now have a selection of Standard knots, as well as an assortment of Synthetic knots.
As a result, I have reconfigured by website at http://www.eliterazor.com to present the Shaving Brush handles and knots separately. You can select the handle of your choice and then select the accompanying knot of your choice.
I have been busy and added quite a few new pieces to my site. Below are just a few:
Since retiring from my real job (the one that pays the bills), I find I have much more time to devote to my other job (the one that pays my soul). As a result, I have an excellent inventory of finished pieces that are ready to ship. There are just under 100 brush handles and over 200 razor handles listed on http://www.eliterazor.com, as well as a broad selection of knots.
Please take a look and see if there is something that may be of interest to you. If you like what you see, please tell a friend.
If you have any questions about my work, please drop me a note.
Below are a couple of new additions that just came out of the shop.
Malachite Razor and Brush Set - 28mm
Crimson Pearl brush with a transparent base - 24 - 26mm
The 4 brushes shown below just came out of the shop today and have been listed on my site at http://www.eliterazor.com. I have also listed the Blue Sky brush shown below.
I've just added a few exceptional pieces to my site at http://www.eliterazor.com, as shown below. These are just a few of the razors and brushes available.
Amber Fire
Blue/Red and Gold - The brush of many colors
Afzelia Xylay Mach 3 or Fusion - This is an extraordinary piece of wood. It is a two-tone piece, showing both the heartwood and the sapwood and the grain pattern is amazing.
I recently started casting my own resins for brush handles and have just listed a number of new brushes that are the result. It is an evolutionary process, but I'm pretty pleased with the first batch. Shown below are the new additions to http://www.eliterazor.comand all can accommodate either a 24 or 26mm knot .
