Is the head design for all current EJ razors the same these days? Does the DE 86 have the same head shape as the DE 89s? I am curious as I really want to purchase one of these razors...... and I like the looks of the black handled DE 86, just wondering if it shaves like the other pricier models......

EJ only makes one head. The difference between the models is the handle. The 86 has a resin handle, and the 89 has a metal handle.
