Economics or crazy?

So the writer of this article uses a single disposable razor for 6 months to a year. Says he dries the blade after each use and this prolongs the life.

Crazy huh? I am a frugal as the next guy, but this is being flat-out cheap.

I have seen this before, seems like this idea crops up every 3 to 6 months.

Yeah there's saving money and then there is being masochistic. It's like only washing your socks after you've worn them 10 times because it costs $2.50 for the washing machines in your apartment building.

There are good ways to save money, like skipping on the $3 coffee every morning or quitting smoking, but this kind of thing is only going to make people think you're insanely cheap, and there's nothing that turns girls away more than someone who is downright cheap, and probably give you less than stellar shaves.
