East Texas? DFW, Southern OK, or, Western Louisiana?

I'm in East Texas so, a meet-up in the DFW area is doable, or maybe Western Louisiana or Southern Oklahoma. I travel some so, Little Rock, AR, or OKC might be options too.

I'm into Safety Razors only so, that might affect a smaller meet-up attendance. Perhaps, something geared to an evening after a knife show in Dallas or Little Rock would be in order?
