Easily Obtainable "Major Brand" Hot Sauces

It used to be El Pato medium, but they had some issues and don't import it anymore and the only thing I found online is the hot. Now it's Valentina yellow label...the black label is too hot. I like to taste the sauce, not have my taste buds blown away by peppers that would repel a grizzly.

As for the other brands...take your pick. The "suitcase" collection in the back I got several years ago has never been opened. Guess I need to do so, so I can see what's what.
