Drunk As A Lord Shaving...

Well
The Missus had to go out of town on business and I got a fair amount of work done on the downstairs bathroom so I treated myself to a few and then decided a shave was the proper step in a day well done. I knew this was not the best idea I'd ever had but being a guy I thought "What the hell..." Started with a good wash and some Proraso, whipped up a good lather and went to work. Gave myself a couple of weepers but other than that had a very nice shave...I think.

Going to watch the hockey game and keep an eye on the weeps to make sure I didn't do any serious jugular damage, other than that I felt my technique was up to my inebriation level so all is well...so far. Remember noobs, this was done by a professional so don't try this at home, or the office, or the gf's place. You may need some healing, which is best done alone and quietly. Used an Aristocrat re-plated in Rhodium with a Feather for max. defoliation. The next in the series will be with a Tech...why push your luck?

That is a gorgeous piece of hardware. I'd love to get an open comb TTO someday…

Glad you lived to tell the tale!

Is that the one you had to send back?...she looks great now.....You are a braver man than me....I would never shave under the influence...here in Florida they have a zero tolerance law.....if caught shaving under the influence your are fined for the SUI, your Wet shaving rights are revoked and you have to shave for 6 months with a fusion!!!! LMAO!!

Thanx guys
The head's a little worse for wear this morning, but the shave is still pretty smooth. And yes, that was the much traveled and re-plated Aristocrat I used.

I found a slight buzz actually contributed to a great shave one evening. I chalk it up to just shaving and not over thinking. Same thing happens when I play golf or shoot pool.
