DR Harris Pink- settling?

My DR Harris Pink has not been touched for months and when I went to use it, I saw white flecks all over the insides. Shook it up and they were gone
What happened?/What settled out?

I haven't gone that long without using Pink and mine's almost gone. I don't think I'll be reordering but it is a fine aftershave nonetheless. My guess is the low alcohol content of 17% is causing some sort of breakup of ingredients, perhaps glycerin or permitted a bacteria to grow?

Put in on a heating pad or electric blanket and let it get some heat. Prop it up with the cap on throughout. Then shake it well.
