You fooled me for a minute. I thought both razors were Dovo's and I went down on the page to see the picture of the Dorko's. I then realized the other razor was the Dorko. 
i dont care if Matt did bump a 5+ year old thread... thems is some purdy razors!
It was the first thread ever in the "General Straight Razor" section, and no one commented on it. I had to do it.
I do believe that Heribert Wacker (last name pronounced "Vaker") worked for Both Dorko and DOVO. Latter is the name of 2 German men's last name, DOrp and VOos.
Really, I didn't know that's how you pronounce his last name. The meaning of the Dovo name is interesting too.
Well, the first part is kind of pronounced Vaah last part is ker Vaa-ker. At leat in German.
