However, there must also be a difference in the material used compared to the razor blades of a couple of years ago, but I do not understand what.
The one on the left in the photo is a two-year-old razor blade and looks very different from the current production as well.

I would suggest neither of those are current production. This is the current logo design on their global website, which is also found on all the Dorco blades I purchased in the last year.

Yes my Dorco blades are old and date back to maybe the year 2019/2020.
Also the Dorco Titan in my possession although they are a recent purchase maybe a few years old,judging by the logo on the blade which is the old one.
