Doors on slim adjustable

Hello all,
i have 3 slim adjustables, 2 slims and an executive. The doors are binding in the middle of the closing process on one of the slims. The doos do close and the blade appears to be locked in ok. Im not sure if it was dropped or it's bent but is this a commen issue and can it be fixed.

I just ran into this issue on my Super Adjustable yesterday after fixing blade gap. Did you recently try adjusting blade exposure with a screw driver? Anyways, I found the problem to be the little dog-leg that sticks out and catches the safety bar to cause th opening of the doors. If the safety bar is pushed in and the tip of the dog-leg rubbing the inside of the safety bar it will have a tight spot in the middle of closing as the lever rubs the bar.

Here is a pic of a severe case of the safety bars being pushed in and you cn see the littl dog-leg lever that trips the door open. This razor wouldn't even open when I got it...

Here it is now with a good blade gap and smooth opening. Notice the safety bars are now pointing parallel to the handle, not in towards it.

I would draw arrows and circles on the pics, but I'm posting from my phone and can't.

Open or close the failing slim to the point of binding. With the good slim, position the doors at the same point. Note how on the working unit the doors are always free to move end to end etc. going back to the failing unit, look for binds at this fail point. Usually it is an arm of a door or the lift assembly that lifts the doors that is bent. Everything should be parallel and symmetrical end to end, side to side.
