Does this look restorable?

B&B member undream, does professional restorations. There are other members here who can do it, but I am having trouble locating a formal list.

They do fantastic work, but IMO that blade is not worth it. The end result value would probably be worth about the cost of the restoration.

That is a perfect blade for DIY project.

yeah, that looks to me like a super easy "first try" restore. I'd be happy if half the blades I've worked on started out looking that good lol
I agree, it's probably not worth the price of a professional restore. Just get the active rust removed with some high grit sandpaper and light pressure, let some of the original patina stay on it, don't fret over some of the staining around the hinge, and it can still be a fine looking shaver

If my honing was more up to par I'd offer to do it for you, shouldn't take more than a couple hours of time unless you're trying to go for a flawless mirror finish
