As for blade, I'd recommend a Personna Med or Feather. They're currently my favs for irritation free shaves

It looks like it was replated in nickel, nice and shiny, I really like the Old Type head, I haven't used mine lately but I should use it soon

I put together the same combo, 3rd from the left. There are a lot of split handle Old Types and Tech fat handles running around. It is a great pairing!
