I thought Penhaligons made a Blenheim Bouquet AS splash but I don't see it on their website. Does it exist, is it discontinued, or does it not exist and I'm dreaming ?

Hmm, I don't see any AS splashes on the Penhaligon's site now - they certainly were listed there.

It definitely existed as I pondered some time ago whether to buy it, but it isn't there now. Interestingly, the English Fern AS disappeared a while ago too.
I think they have it at Pasteur Pharmacy in NYC, if you're interested in picking some up. At least I know they have the EnglishFern splash at the 34th Street location.

I purchased some over a year ago from I believe Royal Shave. It will light you up.... quite fiery, on me at least.
Exactly why I didn't persue it. I don't mind spending that sort of money, or more, on EdT/colognes, etc, but AS.....no way!
