Inspired this morning:
Fairly notoriously difficult to lather (this puck is also, I'm guessing, more than a decade old - obviously not a daily rotation!). Bloomed about 10 minutes. Shavemac mixed badger, lathered for less than 5 minutes, 3-pass. And glycerine-based. With my less than forgiving Rex. Wonderful fragrance, great lather, superb shave. Again, soft water (<1 gpg), bowl (scuttle) lathered. But worth the effort.
