I have been reading AS labels lately.
In one I just tried, the Gillette Fu$ion Hydra Soothe (tm), it is aloe enriched. The aloe, though is the 15th ingredient after the fragrance. Now Gillette products pack a fragrance wallop, but still ... It's a like a martini where the bartender thought "vermouth" while pouring a glass of gin.
The menthol in Nivea Cooling Balm comes after the fragrance, too.
What gives? Can such small percentages of good ingredients improve the final product?
The Hydra Soothe seems like a good ASB, though the NB shave cream I used before it reduces irritation, too. With its gaudy package, I thought it would be a luminous "pool water blue" gel, but thankfully it looks like Nivea ASB.
