It's certainly nestled well into the mild end of the spectrum, and not an easy razor to get completely stubble free with, but I can do it. It does take extra work for me to get there though.
Does anyone know why the plastic WS safety razor wears out so fast?

I don't know if anyone will see this reply (maybe I should make a new thread) but does anyone know of any razors that have similar safety considerations to the plastic WS?
I was thinking maybe the Merkur Futur but it doesn't seem to cover the blade edges as well.
I don't want to become paranoid about hurting myself with a razor, but at the same time I really value how the WS one allowed me to be really quite casual about my shaving because you'd have to be REALLY careless to cut yourself with that thing!
