Does a razor of "half width" exist?

I'm trying to maintain my first beard. I'm finding generic razors too big for the fine details I need to manage. The razor is too wide and I have to angle it so only a portion is touching my face. It would be much easier if they had blades and razors of half the usual width for detail shaving.

I don't want to have to use this item because I know it won't give a close enough shave:

Does anyone know if razors of a similar width to the electric detailer exist? They would most likely be single or double blade razors which is fine by me.

I have never used this but

eyebrow shaper?..if thats the case..I use a Philips Norelco..ear/nose/eye brow trimmer with trimmer attachments..not much money IMO

Just buy the mustache razor and skip the little trimmer. $30 well spent and you'll be happier in 3 months when the trimmer breaks.

Buy a vintage straight razor and have shortened to your specs. They are called shorties when done and work very well. A great way to repurpose a cracked blade.

....but oh well I'm sure I'll see something more ridiculous before the week is over.

I'm not so sure...

I'd say +1 to the moustache razor or drop a line to Larry at Whipped Dog. He repurposes old damaged straights into smaller sizes sometimes, great for trimming details.

(brief Saturday am rant)

I love that we all have so many choices regarding our appearance, but the idea of growing and maintaining an accumulation of dead skin cells (hair) on my face is beyond comprehension. Just imagine as the cells die, they stack up neatly into a column and humans decorate themselves with this dead material. Not only that, but men around the world paying thousands of dollars to "experts" for procedures or medicines to restore their dead skin collection so they will look younger and more attractive?

Imagine someone walking around with dead skin hanging off of their arms or face and everyone else just acting like all is well. Eh, just another symptom of the human condition I guess.
