Both always. If I'm at home I'll drink a "Pocillo" , Black expresso cuban style. When I travel I start my day with a Latte. Diabetics go into seizures watching me pour sugar hehe.

For an averaged sized cup, a small amount of fat-free half n' half and a half-packet of Sweet n' low. My wife complains about my half-packets left over.

Some folks stir the coffee during brewing and some don't. I do, it helps dissolve the sugar.

I've seen Ibriks in my local barista supply place so I may pick one up. I have had coffee this way on the greek end of cyprus before and quite enjoyed it.

As I said I absolutely love it. Whereas I used to drink a lot of coffee, all day, now I probably just have three cups a day - but enjoy it so much more.

Other than Greek/Turkish coffee (it is really the same - despite what some folks say) I now only have Espresso. Ground filter coffee just no longer works for me.

I've always used milk or cream and sugar. Always will.

I voted milk, but actually I use half and half (cream). Just a tad, to take away the bitter of my coffee. It's been mentioned that I should use a bit more water when making coffee...
