Do you ever get a mild headache from an aftershave?

It is difficult to assign blame directly, but sometimes I feel like Musgo or Proraso can actually cause a headache for me.

And if they are not the proximate cause of the headache, they at least make the experience even more uncomfortable. Sometimes I have to rinse my face thoroughly so I cannot pick up the scent of either when I have a headache.

I got headaches while I was testing The Veg. I am unsure if it was the AS itself or the large amount I was applying to get a feel for the scent phases. Either way, I PIF'd it away and the headaches went with it.

I do from certain soaps. You are probably mildly allergic to something in the ingredients. You should probably stop using it.

+1 for Manning. I'm seriously allergic to many fragrances in colognes and perfumes. I've frequently gotten headaches from them ever since I was a child. I must avoid those 'offenders'

I occasionally get a mild (but quickly gone) headache if I apply a generous amount of splash and then inhale too deeply before it's started to dry - I think it's just the alcohol cloud.

Had a bottle of Kramperts Finest 80below which was a limited run. Sadly I could not use it as the scent knocked me on my butt and made everything spin.

I sometimes do too, but my GF claims that the smell of voilets gve her a nasty headache. Too bad this applies to Alt Innsbruck also. I've found that the headache sort of fades away with time, I seem to be growing less sensitive to scents with time. Proraso Splash gave me some headaches in the beginning, but no more.

I wouldn't say it's allergy, but if it doesn't go away I guess you can always switch scents.

I get a headache from cologne, but not aftershave. I assume it is the strength of the fragrance in it. May be stronger aftershaves do that to you as well.
