Do I Have a Henckels?

This razor I won on ebay was described as a J.A. Henckels razor. The tang reads, "Phillip Gross Howe Co., Milwaukee, Made in Germany." It is stamped with the image of the twins, but I am no expert. The other side of the razor says, "Bon Ton." Is this a Henckels razor?

I'm pretty sure the stamp reads Phillip Gross Hdwe Co.

It looks like a Henckel made under contract for Phillip Gross.

Id say its a Henkels. Some of the German makers made razors for American hardware stores too, so I think because of the twins being stamped on it it would be.
