DIY Proraso AS

I ran out the other day and was looking at the ingredients list and thought, well there aren't that many ingredients in this.

Anybody add a little menthol, eucalyptus and geranium oil to witch hazel? An idea of quantity/concentration would be much appreciated.

Haven't tried to do it, but it'd be interesting to see results. I'd love a proraso style a/s with more eucalyptus

I agree, I'd like the Proraso splash with a bit more kick. I've ordered some EO's, Alcolado and witch hazel so we'll see how it goes.

Recipe update: Alcolado (25-30%) Plain witch hazel + (Pine, Eucalyptus, Geranium EO to taste)

Not bad at all...more cooling than Proraso and less burn than Alcolado.

This is a wonderful cocktail. I mixed mine at 50/50 to keep some burn and added some eucalyptus oil. It looks like swamp water but is really refreshing.

Came across this too late. I'm almost out of my Proraso and placed an order today. While I wait, I have The Veg in the wings. I think I would have been better off creating my own!
