As title says i am dissapointed by Weber-not very much-but i wanted one Bulldog Handle and they don't ship to Greece.

Damn shame Weber

Love your handle.

Any thoughts why ?

Customs in Greece is a nightmare. Greece imposes tough restrictions on what can come into the country.

Can't get delivery to UK either. They say they've had too many packages go missing so are exploring other shippers. Hope they sort it soon.

Shipping out of the US to other countries is a real pain.

We have had to resort to using UPS which handles the package door to door. The cost is 3 times more than postal service but it gets delivered instead of lost.

If you are willing to pay the cost for UPS shipping tell the vendor that and see if they will ship UPS to you. But understand that shipping will be several times the cost of the handle.

You can see if Rafael in Spain will ship one of his custom handles to you....

Your profile does not say where you are located. You might want to update this .

To update your location profile:

1) Click Settings at the top of the page
2) On the left sidebar under My Settings click Edit Profile
3) Scroll down and enter a general location (how specific you want to get is up to you)

I never had a problem with USPS, but UPS is a whole different bird......Their charges are highest i've seen so far. We hate 'em here in Greece. But we love USPS

Getting things from the USA has become a pain indeed. I suspect it's a way of our authorities telling us to "buy European goods"

(nothing against buying European ... but I don't want to be restricted in where I buy from)

I've not had any problem with anything shipped using normal mail from the US.

The only problem with sellers using USPS for me has been when it hits the UK, it goes through Royal Mail and i always get hit with import + their £8 or more fee on top. This rarely happens with Couriers.

The other way around here; Couriers charge an extra customs handling fee here. And USPS packages don't always arrive, unfortunately (no tracking outside the USA either). I've lost two packages in the last few years, both sent with USPS.

On the other hand, goods from Asia always arrive timely here, and for very reasonable costs.

thats a bit of a bummer, i got a couple of there handles when they were ok with shipping to the uk, real good handles they make .
