Not yet - but will soon. However - I have had it a year or so. It has very (past couple of weeks) recently started shedding one to two hairs each shave.
+1 here. There should be no problem with your vendor.
The bad news is that it may be the beginning of a worse shedding problem and you should contact your vendor.
There's also good news. If you use it every single day and it loses 2 hairs per shave, with the density of a Rooney, it would take at least 4 years before you might notice any difference in performance.

Actually - I have only had the brush since January.
I was only half kidding.
It should have stopped shedding after a couple of months except for the occasional hair. It shouldn't start shedding regularly again after as long as you've had it, even if it is just a couple of hairs every shave. I have 2 Rooneys. One shed a hair or two every second shave for a month and then may have shed 1 or 2 hairs total in the last 6 months. The other shed 2 hairs in a year, but I bought it used.
Dropping the odd hair here and there is pretty normal, but when you get consistent loss of a lot of hair, there is cause for concern. I had a Rooney that was fine initially, but then lost about 10-12 hairs per shave. The vendor took care of me, though.

Well - my vendor recommended cleaning the brush and trying it for another week. So far - it is still shedding. And that's after about 15 or so hairs came out while cleaning it!
Too bad - I really do like this brush - but if does not stop shedding tomorrow - it looks grim.

To my restricted knowledge the hairs in one particular area has not adhered well due to lack of enough epoxy or none at all. That is where is brush is shedding. This may never stop if your luck is down.
My advice.....contact the maker and work out a replacement
