What is the difference between the Hobbiest forum and the BST forum in the marketplace?

BST is for the casual sale of overages by members.

Hobbyist forum is for those who buy to resell

Vendors sell regularly sell merchandise on a commercial basis. Hobbyists are basically Vendors-lite, people who sell merchandise more as a side-line than a proper business.
