Did the formula for Proraso Red AS change at some point?

I recently finished off some Proraso Red aftershave that I've had for quite some time. It was in the older square bottle with the paper label. I bought a new bottle to replace it and it's coming across quite differently. In particular, it seems that the scent is not nearly as strong and deep as my other bottle. It is somewhat light with more alcohol. Did it change at some point?

God I hope not. Proraso Red is/was the best.

Been using it regularly for a long time.
