Beautiful seven mile hike in the desert this morning. The monsoon rains have greened things up and many plants are in bloom. The colors are diverse and amazing. Saw a couple of cottontail bunnies as well as some big jackrabbits. Lots of friendly lizards and one not-so-friendly rattlesnake.
