DE Strop 'New Strop'

got this in a lot with a few other bits, I don't use a DE but would any one in the DE world be interested in something like this? Can't be worth much.

if youve some thick old blades you can stretch them to quite a while using one of these.
ive never used one, but theyre pretty cool. some guys collect them
