I bought this 13/16ths razor recently. I don’t know if it was ever used. The edge had some rough spots, that honed out well. It has one of the thinnest bevels I've seen, in my limited experience.
What surprised me most was the black horn scales. I had to use a loupe to convince myself it wasn’t a version of plastic.
Blade was polished and scales were re-ground at the wedge-end, sanded and polished.
