Thought someone here may be interested in this, there's nothing fancy bout the ingredients, the one thing I ask of anyone using this recipe is they use local ingredients, for me, that's anything with the green and gold 'Australian Made' Kangaroo logo on it.
This recipe may only make sense to me, (I don't know) but damn it tastes great!
Peach tea.
2.7 litre water
1 cup sugar
7 tea bags, no tags, tied together.
Put all in stockpot and gas to med
After sugar dissolved,
Add large can of peaches in juice and mash them a bit.
Give quick stir and just before simmering turn gas off.
Remove tea bags and leave to cool
Fills 10 jars with 4 scoops of ladle and a few peach bits each
