The actual pepper is much, much meaner than the sauce.

Also trying to grow Manzano peppers this year, if anyone knows that one. Another odd pepper, from Chile/Andes. Likes the cool, so it might not fare well here ...

My problem isn't the hardiness zone but lack of enough sunshine to grow hot peppers unless I'd off some shade trees ..

Im in Jacksonville Florida city next to St Augustine ,,short drive , We have weeks of rain cloudy skies in our summer , I HIGHLY doubt it is a sunshine problem
