For those who received an invoice did you get an email from Ken or did it go straight to your PayPal account?

I've issued invoices for about 2/3 of the first-batch brushes that came back to us from Lee, all via PayPal. Yours was one of them. I'm going to get those shipped before I place the remaining brushes.
Did you not receive a notice from PayPal? I just checked to confirm I used the email address you specified as associated with your PayPal account.

When somebody receives an invoice they do get an email. Unless they gave you the wrong paypal email or no longer have access to the one that they used to sign up with.

Apparently there are exceptions. Jon found the invoice by checking his PayPal account, but did not receive any email notification to the best of his knowledge. That makes no sense to me. I'd like to understand how it happened.
Could the invoice email have been re-routed to a different folder? Or flagged as spam somehow? I know Gmail likes to flag certain emails and place them into certain folders for me. At certain times this made me miss an email I was waiting on.

I got the email notice of the invoice. I also got the tracking number today
